Yeah but I suggest you come early and play early. The mgmt will eventually chase you out after dinner crowd dissipates

Excellent open mike. Pub atmosphere with accepting patrons who like to hear live music. Some very good musicians show up regularly as do some very amateurish ones which makes for a good mix.

I have played this open mic a half dozen times. The host has always been helpful. While I was just starting to play in the area, he was very encouraging, and the crowd was forgiving. Great atmosphere. Friendly people. A musician's kind of place.

Anonymous- I apologize that you were missed in the line up. I remember the incident clearly. This was the only time that this has EVER happened in my 3 years of hosting. We average 10-16 players each event as you can imagine, it can get very hectic. Please consider returning to the Brogue for an open mic night. I will see to it personally that you get what ever slot you want and your first couple of drinks are on me.
