H2O and FLO believe that without out the arts in America, our many cultures and traditions would be lost and arts enrichment is a constant in evolving civilizations. H2O along with FLO is a vehicle for the youth (and older artist) to express themselves in a venue that supports the arts and encourages family participation. Come join us young, old, singer, dancer, comedian or poet.
