the comment above should read as follows instead: "Please call ahead to make sure we are hving the open mic before comming". Note that this open mic used to be on thursdays but they were actually dark more often than not including the fact that the last two times I went there there was no open mic and I reported it to openmikes.org who removed it from this site. Now suddenly it appears as an open mic again but on wednesdays. Now, I tryed to go last wednesday and it took forever for some one to pick up the phone to tell me that the open mic's been cancelled. this is a very unreliable open mic and it should serve as a heads up to all open mikers. Sorry but somebody's got to do the dirty work.
Anonymous (8/2008) It says to call in. I've never had a problem. It might be best to maybe add eVocal as a myspace friend because when the open mics were cancelled, they left a bulletin and even a date when they would return. eVocal is very friendly and they are reliable.
